What is Polypropylene / PP?

Polypropylene, also referred to as PP, is a form of thermoplastic. PP is typically used as a wire insulation. PP is similar to polyethylene (PE), but PP is a harder compound. Since it is a harder compound, PP can be used on thin wall applications.
